They might need a slightly larger space as one time I showed up checked in laid my mat down, was ready to start class and was last minute kicked out because they "didn't have the space" and apparently the front desk girl was glitching. there was definitely space and I could've staggered the mats and figured it out but didn't want the drama. I just stayed in the flow and left. This was pretty cray however, having practiced in pretty crowded spaces in big cities. But I fully respect that it's a small studio in a small town and they're going to do it this way, which is actually quite charming and lovely versus being all squished in. They have boosters and blocks and straps galore and don't mind if you borrow. Not nickel and diming. Cute selection of candles that are local earrings and other sweet merchandise. Convenient class times throughout the morning just about every morning. Lot to of love here!

We started out with next to no knowledge of Pilates using the reformer, and she's made it completely accessible for us. Even after taking classes once a week for a few months, I can tell we've made so much progress. It's such a good workout and really helps strengthen your core, and gives you a great stretch. Everyone has been nice when I've gone in but Courtney is the only one we've taken lessons with and I can't recommend her enough. She pushes you with a little tough love but is very careful if you have any injuries. I haven't been to any of the classes yet because of my schedule but I definitely recommend trying them out
