There is absolutely nothing budget about 'BUDGET APPLIANCE'. They are rude, disrespectful,…read moreincompetent, deceiving, and overpriced. The initial repair on my 3-year-old Samsung dryer needed a belt replaced. The cost was in the $200 range, which was not the issue. Within a month of this $200 repair, the dryer broke down again. We called Budget Appliance again. We were told the motor in the dryer somehow shifted on its own and rubbed the belt, which in turn damaged it. I was told because they had just repaired it a month prior, it was under warranty. After a month, received an invoice for another $200. What they didn't know when I made the call to get it repaired for the second time, I was still on the phone. I thought at first the lady was speaking to me. However, she was having a conversion with the repairman. As she was describing the issue, the guy stated, "Yea I remember them, fucking idiots removed the goddamn top of the dryer". We removed the top of the dryer to tell them what part was needed to repair it, to avoid two trips to our house. However, they didn't bring the part in first place. And secondly, it's our goddamn dryer. We can do whatever we want to it. This of course was not the end of the issue. I repeatedly told them to please call a number I provided when they were 5 minutes away from home. My mother and father-in-law live 3 doors down the road. They will be able to let you in. Every time they attempted to show up in there 5-hour appointment time window, it was a cluster fuck. During their last repair, the repairman called me and stated, "I'm at your house, but no one is here." I said, "Well did you call the number I provided?" "No." Ok, please stay there I will have someone there in 5 minutes. I immediately called my mother-in-law who picked up immaterially. Explained Budget Alliance is at the house could you please let them in. As I was explaining, 1 minute elapsed since hanging up with Budget Appliance. Then she said, "I think they just went by and they're leaving." Are you serious? And you call us fucking idiots, take a good look in the mirror.
