We can't say enough positive things about our rental experience with Lespri. We had a group of couples traveling from Southern California for a birthday, and rented a property in Deer Crest. The property was stunning and no detail was left undone. We were nearly snowed in the second day and woke up to a call from management asking if we needed anything. We didn't, but the gesture was appreciated and a nice touch. The home was well-stoked and exactly as it was pictured/described. The booking agent we worked with was knowledgeable, responsive and honored our needs. Remote communication was extremely efficient. The only feedback I have is that key pickup at the steakhouse is a bit odd. It makes sense, but not necessarily the most convenient. Nonetheless, a world class rental company and experience! Property owners beware--excessive maintenance fees and sparse bookings. I entrusted my townhome to Lespri for the Winter ski season in Park City. I really wanted to work with a local company and since Lespri was working with our HOA for our common areas, I presumed they would be capable of managing my property (I later found out that our HOA ended their contract for unknown reasons). On the plus side, they do seem organized and handled guest issues and turnover of the property in a timely fashion. That said, their bookings were extremely sparse in the prime ski months of January and February. They only generated one booking in January for the first three days of Sundance, leaving it unoccupied for the rest of the festival. Only one guest was booked in February, for a total of eight nights. With no bookings on the calendar for March, I decided to move back to town early and that's when Lespri showed its true colors as a business. On my final statement they billed over $1100 for "maintenance" in a month where there was only one guest stay. The final bill included a raft of charges that normally would have been billed at a quarter-hourly rate being billed at full hour rate of $110. They charged $280 for a snow delay for housekeeping. This "snow delay" charge was added despite the fact the snowstorm that week came the night AFTER housekeeping turned over my property for the next guest. They even socked in a $27 charge for tissue, which isn't something owners are responsible for with guest stays. I've lived in this new-build townhome for over two years and haven't had to spent more than a few hundred dollars on maintenance, yet Lespri managed to rack up over $1100 in maintenance for a week-long guest stay. As an owner, all these excessive maintenance charges look like an attempt to maximize revenue in a slow season. Sadly for Lespri, it's a downward spiral because I will never work with them again, and I'm sure other owners feel the same way after being handed a padded maintenance bill like this. This was my first time for both using a Groupon for a hotel and staying in Park City. We stayed for two nights. The check in staff (Ivan) was very courteous and genuinely happy throughout our visit. He checked us in without looking at me like I was a cheapskate for using a coupon. He also recommended several local attractions. Our spacious room did overlook the parking lot, however it didn't take away from the beautiful view of the trees covered with snow. Our room was exceptionally clean, warm, and inviting. I LOVED LOVED LOVED the large garden tub. The kitchenette was stocked with dishes and everything we needed. The gym was well cared for and everything I wanted to use was readily available. The housekeeping staff was nice and greeted us with a smile. I have already recommended several friends to stay here and I will be returning again in the near future. :-) :-) :-) :-) read more

If you are a home owner do not use their property management services. They managed to drive our property that had cash flowed for 10 years deep into the red. First off they promised us they could transfer all of our reviews from other websites when they took over. Dozens of 5 star reviews. They could not. They were all lost. When booking was going poorly later they told us "well it will take a while to build up your review base." When our property didn't book for Sundance I started to investigate further. Our property ALWAYS books for Sundance. What I discovered was their search functionality on their website wasn't showing our property. The only time you could view our property was if you literally looked through every single option with no search filters on. And you couldn't find it on any site by googling the address. Literally - they were not marketing it at all for months. Turns out the only bookings we were getting were from people calling in or them shuffling guests around. When I called to tell them they said "we'll have IT look into it." They never fixed it and told me nothing was wrong. Then COVID rolled around and they conveniently blamed all their past mistakes on COVID all while vacation rentals were doing fantastic in Park City. Our contact there quit and no one told us for months so I was leaving tons of messages with everyone I could get ahold of and no one ever called me back. When I confronted them about it they said we told you in an e-mail. At the bottom of a newsletter an a variety of different topics that had nothing to do with us was the new contacts signature block. Now its tax time and I'm trying to get our expenses from them for last year and its the same old BS "I'll have someone from another department call you back." Three calls later, no information. They are all so nice, and its a local company and they'll give you a warm fuzzy feeling when they sell you to sign up but they do not know what they are doing and do not care if you make money. In all that time, I have found them professional, pleasant, honest, hard working, knowledgeable, responsive, and a delight to work with. We checked in yesterday to the dirtiest property with black mold and hair in the fridge, no AC, which they promised, and no manager to speak with. We left immediately but it is ruining our vacation because they have over $1700 of our money!!! They have no manager on weekends!! This is a horrible company to have manage your property and rent a property. We were uninformed about problems in our unit and charged unexpectedly. One would assume nothing happened at all to our unit, until they deducted a large percentage of our revenue. We had to remind Lespri to deposit our revenue several times each payout. Beware of the property manager Natalie Atkinson who is extremely rude, unprofessional, and conniving. The guests who stayed in our unit were unhappy with the customer service and asked for a refund. Just visited Park City Utah for the first time. Rented a condo from Lespri Property Management. They were amazing through the whole process. The condo was huge, and very clean. Roads were kept clear throughout the storms. Very short walk to the gondola for the Canyons and Park City resorts. The maintenance guy saved us from a sleepless night and headed right over at 8pm to fix a smoke detector that was too high for anyone to reach. Do you have to actually give a star? I can't tell you how dissatisfied & dissapointed I am for booking a stay here. THE GROUPON I saw a Groupon for a stay at Lespri & thought it sounded like a nice romantic place to stay for my anniversary...They advertise themselves as a boutique hotel that has a fabulous steak & sushi restaraunt inside the hotel! "Wow I thought after reading their website & seeing the beautiful restaurant with it's delicious looking pictures & great sounding menu..this place sounds perfect for a romantic getaway for my husband & I " But since I always read reviews, I took to a couple of sites that other guests had heartily complained about this wonderful sounding place, saying that it's dirty, & loud & they put you in a room overlooking a parking lot.. Woah I thought this doesn't sound good, maybe I'd better keep looking.. But my husband & I had stayed in a boutique hotel in San Diego when we got married & it was perfect, quaint & overall a wonderful experience. THE 1ST LIE BY LESPRI So I bought the Groupon, & armed with my knowledge of the parking lot I called to make my reservation .. Upon which I kindly asked the woman making the reservation to "please put us in a room that isn't overlooking the parking lot" she assured me that I would not be by a parking lot, she could promise me that because with only 6 rooms she had control. I thanked her & mentioned how greatful I was since this was our anniversary stay & my husband & I had to request time off work several months ago so we were really looking forward to coming to Park City. So with my mind at ease about our room, I thought this sounds great, a nice romantic room & quiet :) ahh thanks fellow reviewers for saving me there. Now time to make a dinner reservation in the romantic steak & sushi place onsite.. So I quickly booked our 8:00pm reservation for 2, & eagerly anticipated our stay. THE LOBBY THE RESTAURANT & MORE LIES The day arrived and we drove 2 hrs to the hotel arriving at around 6ish thinking we could unwind before dinner. Upon pulling into the parking lot we noticed th 7-11 directly across the parking lot & the people outside the hotel loitering (I say this because of their age & appearance) but we saw a man in a suit open the door & ventured in. As you walk in you see what appears to be a very nice restaurant to your left & a chaotic kitchen to your right..we were concerned thinking we went in the wrong door since it looked like we were in a restraunt waiting area, not a hotel lobby..but after waiting to be greeted we sheepishly asked if we were in the right place? We have hotel reservations. Yes the man assured us, & we proceeded to check in. We then asked if the restaurant to the left was where we would be dining since it's our anniversary & it looked just as I had hoped..dark wood, wine , & candles..the man informed us that there was a large party in the sports bar so it would be noisey & packed ..we said we weren't concerned, we had an 8pm reservation so we figured they had room for us. We then were told our room was upstairs, take the elevator to the left..we'll after locating it we soon discovered it was out of service. Ahh 3 flights of stairs yay.. But not to worry, we were both so hungry & excited about the restaurant, that stairs didn't seem to matter. THE ROOM YEP THEY LIED Then the room, nice yes with a cozy bed & fireplace things looked good. But outside our window was the parking lot & 7-11! Dismayed yes, but we closed the blinds & changed into our nice clothes for our romantic dinner. DONT EXPECT TO BE DINING IN THERE! Walking back down 3 flights of stairs we found the sports bar thinking a drink before dinner would be nice, but soon saw that there was no real seating just a long table against the wall looking out at another parking lot & construction..still undaunted we ordered drinks & waited for 8pm. Then as we prepared to tab out to head to the dining area we were informed there wasn't room in there for us, but they had sports bar patio seating. "Uh what? We have reservations!" so I headed to the front desk where the same man who knew we had 8pm anniversary dinner reservations then informed me that we in fact couldn't sit in the nice dining area because it was full. DO YOUSELF A FAVOR A GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I was so upset at that point I wanted to cry, but we got a cab & went to a wonderful restaurant Edge steakhouse, where we were treated like royalty & we gladly paid for a $200.00 dinner because we had an exceptional meal & a staff that is so kind I kicked myself for not just booking there in the first place. (Speaking of booking, I called 30 minutes before we arrived & they seated us promptly & the chef made us a souflet to die for upon hearing it was our anniversary) Next morning I was awoken at 5am by noise, banging of dumpsters,traffic & music! I can't stress enough how upset I am, I will NEVER stay at the Lespri again, & if you read reviews, know that they are all true. This place sucks! read more

Had a rough start with a condo that didn't have hot water, a working tv nor shades in the master bedroom--but once we explained it to manager Pat, we were upgraded and treated like royalty. I loved our stay. We are work out junkies, and the gym was FANTASTIC especially trainer Laurie Kitts--you MUST get a session with this beautiful and FIT trainer--you will not be disappointed. An avid gym rat for years, she taught me moves that worked me and my fiance in ways I could not believe. A wonderful experience from start to finish!!! read more

I've eaten at Lespri many times- the restaurant deserves 5 stars for sure, but the rooms were just as classy 2 weekends ago. Rented two with my girlfriend and some friends from out of town and they were clean and big and the staff was pleasant and sweet. Wow! I can't believe I'm the first to review this place. Property management company, day spa, sushi bar, wine bar, steakhouse and hotel in Park City in an amazing location only a minute from the resorts. The rooms were equip with a fireplace, coat hangers, huge spa tub, upgraded room and all. I felt like I was in London and its boutique style had so much charm and made me feel so comfortable. If you are looking for a unique experience or getaway, I would highly recommend. Very affordable. Only complaint I had was there was no jacuzzi, but the long bath made up for it. Loved our stay. They only have 6 rooms but we loved our stay. Rooms are huge and had a kitchenette. They didn't have a stove but a mirowave and fridge. They had dishes to use and dishwasher. Nice fireplace. Bathroom had a sunken tub--although not jetted. Staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights and did't have one problem. Rooms cozy and the king bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on and the pillows were just as comfy. Would stay there again. Bought great deal on a groupon. Sites of Park City are amazing and we had plenty to keep us busy on our stay. They do not have a swimming pool but had a nice work out room and a sushi bar and restaurant on the main floor. BEWARE!!!!!! I got electrocuted in one of their properties from a jukebox in Unit 237. The whole wall was BLACK after I tried to take out a plug that exploded with a big light. It was an extremely scary experience and they don't seem to care. Acted like they were gonna find another unit and refund me. The moment I left they never ever did anything anymore. The unit is UNSAFE! Be aware!! At Hyatt centric unit 237. Note that The Hyatt centric itself is AMAZING!!!!! Just that unit is UNSAFE. Please beware!!! I had a nightmare experience with Club Lespri. The first Condo that they put me into was totally under construction. I walked into paint cans, beer cans, trash, ect. I called the House Manager and he didn't answer, so I called the main office. After an hour of waiting for a new condo, they moved me to a second one. There were dirty dishes in the sink, dirty toilets, blood on a pillow, and some food in the frig. I was not very happy at this point, and contacted the House Manager who finally answered when I called form a different cell phone. He was extremely rude and told me that it wasn't that bad. The front desk attendant, who was at the second condo with me, got on the phone and explained to the House Manager that it actually was that bad. By this time my groceries were melted and ruined from waiting so long. Another 40 min went by until they moved me to the third and last condo where still one toilet wasn't cleaned. I spoke to the Manager, who was very rude. I was in shock with how they treat their clients, and will never do business with them again. I understand that mistakes are made, but the way I was treated and how the situation was approached was unacceptable. read more

Horrible maintenance on a $1900 night property, and even worse customer service. When contacted them for service, acted like we were inconveniencing them, as if it was our fault the dishes were not clean, or the dishwasher was broken, or the grill didn't work. Their only response, when repeatedly pressed for some compensation for our troubles, was to offer us a discount in the future. We would never use this company again, and I've never written a negative review before but felt compelled to, in order to prevent others from experiencing such rudeness. read more

Absolutely worthless. Do not use this company. Hired this company October of 2014 to provide safety and security services for a condominium that sits empty for much of the year except for personal use. An agreement was at the start for Lespri to text the owner after each safety and security visit. No text was ever received. In fact, with no indications otherwise, there was apparently no visit to the property ever made. After the owners made a Christmas trip to the condo, per the agreement a cleaning of the condo was supposed to have been accomplished. No cleaning was done as requested. Lespri had to be reminded, prior to the next visit three months later, that no cleaning had been done (no bill for the cleaning was sent) and that a cleaning had to be done prior to the owners' arrival. It was done the day before their arrival. Due to Lespri's lack of any communication over the next four months the decision was made to find a new property management company in the summer of 2015. They were emailed in August their "services " were no longer desired and that the owners wanted their three sets of keys back. That email was sent August 19th. No response. A follow up email of August 23rd with the same request received an email that evening saying the representative was out of the office for a week but would forward the request to accounting and the person supposedly checking out the condo. The email response went on to say the keys would be waiting at the Lespri office. The owner rep called on the 24th to get the keys, no one answered the phone nor was a return phone call ever made. So, on the morning of the 25th the owner rep showed up at Lespri's office to collect the three sets of keys. One set was there, with essentially no reason where the other sets were. The Lespri rep at the front desk was dismissive, arrogant, unapologetic and completely unhelpful. Beyond this his attitude was we were wasting his time. Because the keys were "lost," the condo had to be re-keyed at sizable expense. With no idea where the keys were or how long they had been misplaced, re-keying was the only option. Lespri's responsibilities were to periodically check on the security of the condo, get it cleaned when requested and keep the keys secure. They did none of this and charged a hefty fee for doing absolutely nothing, as far as we can determine. Finally, a message was left with Mr. Pat Quigley, the manager, on August 25th expressing our extreme displeasure with the horrendous service we received at Lespri. He never bothered to respond. read more
