If you have a vacation rental in Park City and live out of state, you NEED to hire CabinKeepers. I can't recommend them enough! Rina has been my on-site property manager and handywoman for over 3 years now, plus she manages the housekeeper. I consider her my partner, and I know she is critical to my successful rental business. I truly couldn't do it without her. Rina is completely reliable, an excellent communicator, and fairly priced. She ensures my condo is always immaculately clean and ready for incoming guests, plus she's available to them 24/7, so if any problem does happen during their stay, she comes over and takes care of it immediately. This gives me great peace of mind. She's also happy to answer questions and give recommendations. All my guests love her! In addition, she does weekly interior and exterior inspections to find and fix anything that needs it before it becomes a bigger issue. She also does seasonal clean-ups as well as Costco runs for household supplies and new towels and sheets when needed. She has completed countless handywoman jobs for me over the years, including fixing items that are broken as well as making upgrades to my condo (for example, she installed new toilets, new fans, and a Nest thermostat, hung TVs on the walls, dealt with Comcast issues, repaired and installed faucets and showerheads, got rid of wasp nests under the deck, and so much more). Rina and Zeb worked on our house, originally to fix a hole in a bathroom floor. Apparently, there had been a leak. Rina checked the source of the problem, diagnosed and had a plan of action in place. She kept us informed of everything going on and even helped with choosing a new toilet and tile flooring. Both she and Zeb were incredibly punctual in their arrival time each morning, worked efficiently and were immaculate. This project was only supposed to be the laundry/bathroom area, however, there were quite a few things that we needed done and Rina was more than happy to help. She spent time fixing leaks in 2 other bathrooms, adjusting the dishwasher, new shut off valves, replacing faucets, and creating a tile door for the master tub. Everyone that has seen the tile, comments on what a fantastic job they did and we are thrilled to have all of the water issues completely resolved! This was not part of the original plan but she really wanted to make sure the house was in perfect order before she could be done with the project. She is a perfectionist and it shows in her work! I can't speak highly enough of Cabin Keepers. We were lucky enough to find her through a friend but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for any job that you might have around your house. Rina and Zeb installed three low volume flush toilets in my home today. They arrived on time, and completed the work quickly, being sure to clean up after themselves and removing the old toilets to take the recycle center. While working in a downstairs bathroom, Rina discovered that the sink was running sluggishly, so without being asked she took the pipes apart and cleaned them out and discoveried they were clogged with hair. Again, without being asked, Zeb found that the front doorknob was loose, so he took it apart and tightened it. With Rina and Zeb you get the job you've contracted for, and while they're at it they toss in extras when they notice problems you might not have known you had. I encountered Rina recently while working as a server at an event in a Park City home. She was a guest at the party and as we chatted, I mentioned that I was having trouble with the kitchen's garbage disposal.
