They came, measured, and 2 weeks…read morelater took my 4k deposit with the understanding that it would be a few weeks before the liner came in and once it did they would install it. Didn't hear a peep until May when they came back out, and attempted to install the wrong liner style and size only to find it wouldn't fit, manufacturer problem and not Backyard pools problem. I was told they were gonna re-order and told they were expediting so they can wrap this up in a week or two. Today, they handed my deposit back after 11 weeks of frustration. I can't get anything done now until August. Leaned forward with this in March because of a 30th wedding anniversary happening in June. I now have no venue for my wedding anniversary. Unless you want a smiley guy who tells you not to worry about a thing, we handle it all, but doesn't - I wouldn't mess with these folks. I know I wont again.

I fired him today, November 14, 2016. After $4,249.58, my pool ran for a grand total of 5 hours and leaked out through the pipes and pumps. We agreed on price and an order supposedly took place after Jan. Amazingly, he didn't show on April 6th because claimed his mother broke her foot, then April 7th claimed overnighted equipment had NOT come in. April 25, he stated he was behind, June 22 - he claimed to have shipping issues, July 18th he claims he just left for his wedding anniversary so couldn't work, claims hospitalization the week of August 30, dentist appointment also on August 30, so missed appointment with us, fighting crowd at Wal-Mart on September 17, and the list goes on. He also or his employees left the hose on for three days and flooded my entire backyard. Two weeks later, they left the hose on again and forgot about it.

There was trouble with the air in the boots and jeans dept. I got so sick I took my break and sat in my car to get cool. When I went back in Shelia, who tells she is a manager (she is not) said she was suppose to take her lunch then and reported me to a manager, even though I had been made assistant manager in my dept. So I was fired because she was tired of me doing what I wanted.?? She comes in at 7am and saves her lunch till 2pm and off at 4. After that they had the guys in the grain dept. watching the workers in boots and jeans. Getting away from there was the best thing I could have done.
