I decided to look into a walk-in tub with several companies and found that the prices were through the roof. I drove up to Luters and found what we needed for a third of the cost. A contractor put it in for me and it was still less than half the cost. The Luter's owner was so helpful with suggestions about how to choose the proper product. My dad, being over six feet, needed an extra-large, heavy-duty seat. Mr. Luter told me how to have the valve located near the seat for ease of control. We ultimately bought a low lip, step-in shower. Dad loved it and told everybody about it. Dad did not live long afterwards. The last thing that I did was help him take a shower with dignity and comfort. Thank you.

They did not wait to make sure the liner was good, just left. The installation was not the best and we had many bumps and uneven places on the bottom. I also found a couple of spots where a sharp object was poking up under liner. I called and emailed them about this right away but was told it would be fine and to let them know if I had any other concerns. Now my pool is leaking and they are telling me I will have to pay a 375.00 service call for them to send someone from Mobile to check it and pay for the repair. It is only 9 months old and is should still be under warranty, but they are telling me only if seams rip, no warranty on installation after 30 days. I notified them about the sharp object within 30 days but nothing. I do not recommend buying a pool from them as they do not stand behind their work or product.
