After I signed a contract and they gave me all their spill about how we would be swimming by August 2024, they actually finally showed for the 1st time at the end of June and when they showed up which was rarely nothing got done except them taking out nice palms trees that we told them not to touch, and these guys made huge messes in the yard and left that way for moths on end with no work being done. These guys are habitual liars, and full of excuses. In about December more than 4 months after the pool was suppose to be completed I just quit calling Jay becasue they never showed up are answered calls. I had quit calling Wayne way before because he never returned a call after they started. I had another pool company finish the up in just a matter of 2 weeks while Blue Haven had not shown in months after already being fully paid. I'm still on the fence about filing suit on these guys. I beg you to stay away they are awful.

We went to several places in town, but hands down, Certified Pool & Spa had the best variety of brands and prices. They delivered our hot tub the very next day and helped set it up. Later on, they called to make sure that I had everything up and running and asked if I had questions. The following week they called to check-in again, and I was so appreciative. I noticed a super minor thing a week later, and they offered to have one of their very courteous workers come out to address it within an HOUR. We paid a fair/good price, and my biggest concern was not ending up with buyers remorse, and so far I have not. The only irony of the situation is now I need emergency surgery and can't use my hot tub for 6 weeks, but I know I will enjoy it after that! We love our hot tub and I will recommend Wayne and Debby (and all their FRIENDLY staff) to everyone I know. We would absolutely shop here again without hesitation.
