So the drivers took a pic of it and said that I'll most likely get a replacement. Well now apparently there is nothing that can do about the ottoman. They are telling me that this was a closeout purchase which means the couch is sold as is EVEN BROKEN, oh and get this I CANT GET THE WARRANTY EITHER..
