We have encountered several problems that required multiple calls and follow-ups before receiving any response or action. Phone calls often go unanswered, and emails are rarely returned in a timely manner, if at all. The one exception has been Marcus, the service technician, who has consistently been professional, responsive, and pleasant to work with. He has made multiple efforts to address issues and has always communicated well. However, we have been dealing with a malfunctioning waterfall feature for several months. Marcus has come out and attempted to diagnose and repair the problem, but the root cause has not yet been identified. We were told that the company would provide guidance on next steps, but despite several attempts to follow up, we have received no meaningful communication or resolution. This situation is particularly frustrating given the significant investment we made in our pool. We paid well into six figures for this project and expected a much higher level of customer support after installation. Instead, ongoing issues and a lack of responsiveness have made it difficult to fully enjoy our pool. We hope the company will improve its communication and commitment to supporting customers after the sale.

We also have an angry little dog that barks a lot. Well, this serviceman, wanted to show whose boss so he started kicking the dog and the dog would bite him-but never tell us about it. Then our service just stopped. We tried emailing--their customer service is horrible. One nameless corporate email that you never know who you are speaking to. Email person finally responded and said that they couldn't send the serviceman back out until we fenced the dog. We just told them to let us know when they were going to service the pool. Their response was they could do that. They needed "unfettered access to our pool at all times." REALLY?! So, to review, we were sold parts of a truck that we may or may have not needed, the guy kicked our dog, and it's our fault. Stay far far away from this crew.

Mark the owner said it couldn't be fixed....I took the matter into my hands and bought new liner loc for $25!!!! And fixed it myself. It was hard and time consuming but it could be done. Thanks though to Hinman Pools for telling me how to fix it and selling me the liner loc. Run from Homestead is all I can say. Unless you want 0 customer service and unfinished work.
