Certified Crook. I hired this crook who told me that he performs thorough home inspections with…read moreintegrity. (LiE) He told me "I take my time", I spend 3.5 to 5 hours on each home I inspect. (LiE). I inspect everything in the home and document my findings. (LiE). He charged me $225 for less than 57 minutes for a home inspection. The inspection report was incomplete. It failed to include the missing cover to the crawl space that he claimed he entered. All the doors in the house would not completely close and had mold on them that, was not included in his inspection report, mold was growing on the walls in the hallway, not mentioned, there was a random piece of un painted wood attached underneath the roof in front of the house, not included in his report, there were random wires dangling, not mentioned in his report, amongst other important defects not mentioned in his report that, I paid him to include. I contacted Michael immediately to express my dissatisfaction and requested half my money back. Michael, said NO. This guy does not deal fairly. His behavior and conduct was that of an addict looking for a quick fix. He's hustling the home inspection game. It was important to know the condition of the property to make an informed purchase decision. A professionally prepared inspection report was presented to me. The report included pictures of each area, and an evaluation of the site, exterior, roofing, structure, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and interior. The inspector made comments throughout the report to help me understand certain conditions observed. This allowed me to negotiate with the sellers regarding repairs needed on the home. I have purchased many properties throughout the years. Home inspections are an important part of purchasing a home. Without a doubt, Integrity Pro Home Inspections LLC provided the most professional and thorough inspection report I have ever received. I highly recommend this company.

Had Bullard Home Inspection do a home inspection on a home we planned to buy…read more Once we got the report we noticed there were things that weren't on the report that was wrong with the house. We figured the report was old and when we asked the dude to prove to us he did the inspection he couldn't prove himself. So basically he's a con artist and just wants free money for doing a job he never did. He said his pictures he took had date and time stamped on them and we asked him to email us some and he never did but demanded he get his money or he would take us to court. I would prefer to not give this business any stars but since I have to I give them 1. I dont what so ever recommend anyone using them at all. They are not honest and will con you out of your money. If you want an honest home inspection done by an honest person then BULLARD HOME INSPECTION is NOT it. Sadly they are just trying to get away with doing a job and just want money. Speaks volumes.
