The roof on our house is high and complex with many valleys and steep surfaces. They used good quality materials and produced a dry roof (which previous contractors had not been able to do) very efficiently. Levi went out of his way to make sure we understood what they were doing to address previous leaks and ensured that all bat access points were sealed. The team was hardworking, professional, and so so thorough. I also appreciated that Claudia took ownership for making sure even small details of the house were good to go. For example, she noticed a small leak behind the refrigerator-- instead of pushing the fridge back in and ignoring the problem, she went above and beyond to highlight the problem and then stand there with our maintenance guy until it was fixed to clean-up afterward. She also flagged another maintenance-related problem she found while in the house-; she was SO proactive and showed ownership! Appreciate her / trust her lots as a result.
