As of recently I see they have done away with some good employees and hired some horrible ones. The new staff is absolutely horrible, unprofessional and does not know anything about the product they are selling. But the purpose of my review is to point my finger in the direction of the Store Manager, Tyler I believe his name was. The most recent and the last day I'll be back, that I was in the store he could be heard in the back dropping F bombs on the phone. Stood up front for 10-15 minutes before he casually finished he's important phone called and slowly walked up front to ask me nonchalantly how he could help me. I told him I was looking to upgrade my above ground pool and he pointed to the wall and said "have at it." I asked him if he was going to show me or walk me through the layouts and he replied "I'm too busy at the moment." I said don't worry about it and walked out. He is very rude, immature and unprofessional and in my opinion could easily be replaced by someone who has more experience and a better work ethic and outlook on customer service. Unfortunately I will not be back, and will be sure to spread the word around town about how down hill Leslie's has gone this year.

We used this company for several years with no real complaints. Then, a new service technician…read morestarted servicing our pool and he kept finding little things wrong, and then selling us parts out of his truck (in his words, "on the down low"). We also have an angry little dog that barks a lot. Well, this serviceman, wanted to show whose boss so he started kicking the dog and the dog would bite him-but never tell us about it. Then our service just stopped. We tried emailing--their customer service is horrible. One nameless corporate email that you never know who you are speaking to. Email person finally responded and said that they couldn't send the serviceman back out until we fenced the dog. We just told them to let us know when they were going to service the pool. Their response was they could do that. They needed "unfettered access to our pool at all times." REALLY?! So, to review, we were sold parts of a truck that we may or may have not needed, the guy kicked our dog, and it's our fault. Stay far far away from this crew.

Mark the owner said it couldn't be fixed....I took the matter into my hands and bought new liner loc for $25!!!! And fixed it myself. It was hard and time consuming but it could be done. Thanks though to Hinman Pools for telling me how to fix it and selling me the liner loc. Run from Homestead is all I can say. Unless you want 0 customer service and unfinished work.
