All of them impressed, but Meg's opinion of our property differed from everybody else's. Meg was right on, and was confident even when we shared the other estimates. Meg also goes above and beyond to be prepared, follow up with you, anticipate your needs and be helpful in any way she can. We weren't her biggest customers, but we sure felt like we were. She offered to help prepare our property, assist finding contractors, meet appliance delivery people and advise us on how we could update our property in a nice and affordable way. So we learned she has a knack both for design and for getting things done. She is easy to work with, is good with people, seemingly always available and is great with sales. We just can't say enough good things about working with Meg Wood. Absolutely and enthusiastically recommended!

She was very patient with me and made me feel at ease with the process of home buying. It was a relief when I can completely trust her and let go of all the worry I have of buying a home. She gave me great insight into what to look for when buying a home. I really appreciate her honesty, knowledge and responsiveness from day one of working together with her. All I can say is that she truly cares for me as a buyer. It took me a few months to figure out what kind of home I would like to live in, what should be in the home and what location I would want to be in. She was knowledgeable in the different neighborhoods around Chicago and helped me understand the things I did not know about the neighborhood. She helped answer many of the questions I had and walked me through every single step in detailed. She guided me throughout the process from negotiating with the seller, recommending me a great attorney and lender, inspection for the home, and most importantly she helped me to close on time! Without her guidance, I don't think I would ever feel as stress-free when purchasing a home. I highly recommend Yee to anyone who is looking for a professional realtor to help with purchasing a home!

Preparing for an out-of-state move and navigating everything in selling our home could have been incredibly stressful, but Dave and Amy made it all very manageable and gave me a sense of peace through it all. I met with them months in advance after being referred to them by a good friend who also sold their house in Wilmette. Dave and Amy guided me in every single step from the very beginning. They connected us with great contractors to completely renovate our master bathroom and gave advice with purging and bringing belongings to a storage unit. In preparation for the listing, they helped with every aspect, big or small, including installing new light fixtures and blinds. Amy and her team, including their assistant Tara, then did a phenomenal job with staging our house, making it look like a magazine! And Dave was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with every financial aspect, including list price, negotiating offers, and closing the deal, always making us feel like he was looking out for our best interests. Every time I called or texted them, no matter how big or small the issue, they responded right away and with such kindness, wisdom, and understanding. Even after we moved out of state, they generously picked up packages mistakenly still shipped to our old address. And at our new house, they sent a gorgeous gift box. My friend was right - "There's no question who to use as a realtor...Dave and Amy Chung." I couldn't agree more. Thank you, Dave and Amy, for everything you did to help us through it all! We couldn't be more grateful.

I can't say enough good things about the experience I've had working with Christie and Click…read moreProperties. One thing was absolutely abundantly apparent from day one (which seems like forever ago) and that is the fact that Christie puts the needs and desires of her clients first and foremost. Always. She originally took time to chat with me about what it was my wife and I were looking for in a house, when I expressed that I wasn't even sure if we wanted to move. She didn't mind. She listened, she advised and helped. She wanted us to find the home that was right for us. And she didn't force a single thing on us, or idea. This was our show and she was simply there to guide us. How awesome is that, right? As the months progressed, our plans changed and evolved. Towns we originally looked at were crossed off our lists. Types of homes we wanted changed and so did our price plan. Nothing seemed to bother Christie and she rolled with each new change like the pro that she is. Always professional, always (ALWAYS) caring about what we wanted. When we went into this, we thought we had a buyer lined up for our townhouse already. As the process moved along, he backed out and we asked Click Properties to list the home for us. But our fear was that we'd sell our house before finding a new one to live in. And if we contracted with Click to list it then they had to sell it if they found us a qualified buyer, right? No. "You guys! I'm not like that!" Christie said. And I will never forget that moment, when all our fears went away and we knew we'd made the absolute best choice possible in working with a realtor. She assured us that all the decisions would be ours. She was there just to facilitate the process. And that brought comfort to us that meant the world. Of course, about an hour after Christie uttered those words we stepped foot into what would become our new home, but none of us knew it at the time. Throughout the process, each time a problem arose, she was calm and comforting and clear with explanations. She was completely communicative and helpful the whole time. She made herself available to us around the clock, and was quick to inform us whenever she needed to be out of town. There are so many bumps that can come up with real estate transactions, and having a professional there to guide you with your best intentions at heart makes all the difference. Thanks to Christie and Click Properties for making this move as comfortable and seamless as possible. If you are thinking of utilizing a real estate professional, I would HIGHLY recommend you work with Click Properties. -- As an aside, Click Properties recommended we work with Corby Mortage to handle our loan. Unfortunately, our experience with Corby was not at all positive and I would recommend you look elsewhere. I am sure our experience was not reflective of everyone's, and do not hold it against Click Properties, but I would encourage you to seek out other mortgage options.

It doesn't matter if this is your first house or your 20th - buying a house is always a scary proposition and a HUGE commitment, so you want to make sure that you're working with someone who has your best interests at heart and genuinely cares about you. I can definitely say both of these things about Click Properties. It is certainly true that Christie and her team always work to put the shopper first. There was never a moment where we felt pressured to look at things out of our price range. Also, I will be the first to admit that I was a pretty needy customer and was constantly sending Christie houses that I'd find online or drive past, or asking her random annoying questions. She always was quick to respond and supportive, even if I was acting like a total weirdo! I feel like I learned so much about the home-buying process from Christie, who is genuinely enthusiastic about her job and loves to give tips and pointers about what to look for. Even if you are total newbie, she will make sure that nothing is overlooked in helping you find the perfect new home for you and also make you a better consumer in the process. We were not on the home sales end, since we were renting, but if and when we ever do decide to sell our current home, Christie will be the first person that I call. I have all confidence that she handles that side of things with just as much enthusiasm and support as she does for the buyer end. We are so thankful to Christie for helping us find the perfect home for us!
