I was referred to Lesley through a personal friend. I owned my home for 12 years and my wife and I finally decided it was time to sell. We were initially nervous about being able to break even or make a profit in this market. When Lesley contacted us, we were hesitant at first since we have never gone through this process. Needless to say, Lesley was very up front and personal. She never made any promises except that she would sell our home. We informed Lesley of our requirements and to be honest we had specific requirements to sell our home especially since we did not need to sell our home it was more of a nice to do versus we were in a place where we had to sell. with this in mind we set a bottom line. Lesley stuck to that line and she fought daily with potential buyers. She did the right thing and informed us of every offer which came in....to which I became a little frustrated about that....but she was being truthful and transparent which literally surprised me in this day and age. I value honesty above most things and this really made me believe in Lesley and her firm. During my home sell, I was/am going through medical issues due to job actions...Lesley was always accommodating and willing to work around those issues in order to achieve our end-state. Never did she deviate from the end-state and when necessary, she made contact to provide input to help me stay on track. Lesley knows her market! She knows where to make an adjustment....AND....she is willing to listen and receive input even from someone who doesn't know the market. Her team that works with her is awesome to say the least. They worked diligently and efficiently to accomplish our goal. The entire process went smooth. I live about 4 hours away from Phoenix and not once did I have to drive to Phoenix to deal with any issues.....and that is if there ever were issues. If there were, then Lesley dealt with them and I was never bothered! I call that SERVICE! Lesley was always available for me to reach her if needed. in fact, she actually called me more than any of my family.....which doesn't say much, but we stayed in contact atleast twice a week. She texted almost every day with updates. Negotiation....yeah she is in all respectfulness.....a dog on a scent trail. We gave her our bottom line well before we even posted pictures of our home. Within the first 72 hours we received an offer well below our line and Lesley informed us and then went to work. We declined it and then on the third offer which was once again below our bottom line, Lesley stepped in with boxing gloves. The Buyer brought up their offer by 13K, that may not sound like a lot but when it comes down to what is needed to meet a bottom line it is a huge amount. Now, I will give credit to the buyer and understanding the situation and why we had a bottom line which Lesley provided that information to them at the right moment. And it was just the right touch at the right time. Lesley, You are awesome and I truly appreciate everything that you did for my Family and I. Thank you for bearing with me through my medical issues and all the military issues that I was dealing with. I cannot thank you enough and when I am in phoenix, we will get together and have lunch. And I will definitely work with you and your firm when I buy a home in Europe. God Bless You. read more

I was fortunate to meet Lesley when she represented another seller in my association. I was impressed with her professionalism, and how she was able to sell their unit quickly and at a very high price. When it came time for me to sell my place, I checked with some other recommended agents but also contacted Lesley as she had left a very favorable impression. I could not have made a better decision is choosing her. From our first conversation onward, Lesley took the time and effort necessary to go through the small details that can often make the difference in a real estate transaction. She did her research and came to me with a very good selling price point. She took great care in presenting an amazing listing, which included magazine-grade photos of my place (even I had to admit that my place never looked so good!), and timed the initial listing to maximize impact. I had my first offer within 24 hours of listing. And this was at a price that was around 15% higher than the highest price ever recorded in my complex. Once an offer was agreed upon, instead of disappearing and moving on, Lesley actually made a point to be in daily contact with me and did a tremendous job of coordinating individuals to work on the inspection items. During this whole time, I had moved out of the state and was training for a new job. She took this into account, and always kept me up to date on where we were in the process. She followed up on any delay or issue with the buyer's agent and literally walked me through each step all the way until closing. In short, I could not have been happier. If I am ever in the market in Arizona again, I would not use anyone else. One last point to note: Another unit went on sale in my complex. I advised the owner to use Lesley, yet they went with a friend in the business. 40 + days on the market, lower price point, still not sold. All agents are not equal. Lesley has certainly proven that! read more

From my very first impression with Lesley Vann on the phone, I recognized she was excellent, our phone call made me comfortable; and I promised to contact Lesley upon arriving in Arizona. I asked Lesley to show me several properties and then decided upon one. Learning there was already an Offer, Lesley was able to catapult my Offer to the top. She strategically positioned my Offer to gain immediate attention and endorsement. The Seller was then able to accept my Offer. That was hurdle number one. During the Inspection, Lesley's expertise and leverage protected my needs; assuring I would both save money, receive top value and receive ample repair compensation from the Seller. After the Inspection Lesley continued to work with the vendors and other parties to assure an on time Closing. We were dealing with out of State owners, and Lesley was there with and for me the whole time. In fact those Sellers actually called Lesley to assure we were going to make this deal work. While many would have considered the other Agent to be an obstacle, Lesley's superior diplomacy, tact and negotiation absolutely cemented the deal. She was efficient, always responsive, kind yet savvy; and always strategically-riveted to deliver my highest and best outcome during this process. What might otherwise have been stressful became a true pleasure, as we worked tirelessly together to get the job done. In summary, Lesley's appearance, warmth, negotiation and communication skills are what HELPED ME get a VERY difficult purchase resolved with top notch results! I could not have asked for a better Realtor. Lesley, I will be sharing news of your skill with my many friends -- both here and nationwide. Thank you so very much from Dave and Betsy! read more

We discovered Lesley at one of her open houses. She was professional, easy to talk to and had a proven track record. She has a long list of support people for after purchase/long-term support. We started to think about that we would need when we were ready to make an offer - someone who understood the market, could help with crafting a winning offer and present it in a way that was hard to refuse. We believed Lesley was the Realtor for us. We started to work with Lesley and had several houses that we planned to see. One was about to go live and Lesley was able to get us in on the first day - one of only five appointments that day. Of the five people that saw the house, unfortunately for us, three decided to come back with an offer. Getting into a competitive bidding situation was not something that we were very interested in doing. However, Lesley walked us through how to approach the offer and we all got very creative in crafting something unique for the situation as we understood it. She helped us craft a letter to the sellers that included our love of the house as well as a few other unique things to make it an attractive offer. She presented it and we turned the offer into a sales agreement in less that 36 hours. We highly recommend Lesley. She presented her listings extremely well and helped us find and acquire the perfect house for us. read more

I worked with Lesley in the spring/summer of 2022 for a purchase of a second home in the Scottsdale area. Due to her knowledge and connections with builders and their sales reps, she was on a short list of preferred realtors contacted when a new home build became available two months before completion after the initial buyers backed out. She contacted me immediately knowing this was close to my preferences. She was in constant contact with myself and the sales reps for the builder to allow me quickly come and view the property before bidding. She provided great data for me to base the winning offer with. Additionally, her knowledge of trades of the area for furnishing and looking after a second home is outstanding. I very much look forward to working with Lesley again if I have additional transactions in the future. read more

Lesley Vann is the best realtor we've ever worked with. Not only did she provide listings within our perimeters, but when we decided to buy the house we were already living in, she held our hands and stood by during each step of the process. Our experience was challenging because of the VA process itself and very difficult sellers. Leslie advised on the legal issues, provided resources and contractors, spent endless days and hours with us in three way calls, and sat up nights going through documents and researching areas that were unclear. We couldn't have asked for a more tireless and compassionate person to be by our sides. I highly recommend Lesley. She has exceeded all expectations and thanks to her we were able to meet our closing date. read more

I would highly encourage anyone considering partnering with Lesley to do so. I travel frequently for work and routinely struggled with the time commitments associated with inspections as well as follow up activities associated with the closing process. Lesley was amazing as she always jumped in to help. Most notably, I was unable to pick up all materials post closing. Lesley picked everything up for me, brought them to me and made the process seamless from beginning to end. Lastly, and probably the most important. Her efforts do not stop after the sale is complete. Lesley has continued to check in on me ensuring the move has been uneventful. You will be in good hands at every turn if you choose to have Lesley represent you. read more
