Because the air would not go below °79 degrees she called my company, Rescue One. She claimed that she was my property manager, gave them her email and said that it was an emergency. At the time I was in the middle of a Dr. appointment. This caused a series of events that cost me additional money to replace a minor valve. Confidentiality and ethics were breached and though no law was broken ( I don't think so anyhow) I would stay away from this company and this especially this agent.

I called her and said I will not sign the lease and she was extremely rude to me and my bf, saying we don't meet the qualifications and that her daughter said she shouldn't rent to us. I asked her why she sent us the lease and approved us for the home if she didn't want to rent to us. Then she told us someone else gave the deposit and they are taking the house. She didn't tell us any of this, she was waiting for us to send the money so she could pocket it and give the house to someone else. And now the house is still on the market. Joan is a liar, a scammer, and I'm so happy we did not trust her!

Kim and Dave are the two finest real estate professionals I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in 58 years of living. They are simply amazing. I've sold 7 homes in my lifetime and over the years have been consistently disappointed in the agents I have hired. Most of them only cared about the commission and seemed to have a genuine dislike for everyone involved in the transaction. Not, so with Kim and Dave. They really are different than the run of the mill agent. They never gave up and just kept working hard for me, looking for that one buyer that would appreciate what our home had to offer. I really felt like I was Kim and Daves only client, even though you can see by their reviews, they have so many it's hard to count. Their skill level is a 10 (Kim knows the fine details inside out) ... their ability to understand their clients needs is a 10 ... attention to detail is a 10 (Kim and Dave did not make a single mistake or error) and negotiating skills a 10 (best negotiating team ever). And fair negotiators ... making sure both sides got what they want and needed.
