It was quite remarkable as our initial inquiry was about an AirBnB for next year which led to a call about our short and long-term interest in the Phoenix area to spend the winter months. Our permanent residence is in the mid Atlantic area. We spent a phone call discussing our past visits to the area and what we were looking for in a winter residence. He listened and came back with five different communities for us to review. A subsequent visit to the properties enabled us to identify our top choice and in a short period of time negotiate a contract on our top choice. Most of this was done effectively and remotely as we worked with the seller to address both their and our needs. We were able to get to closing in less than a month and Jasson was very resourceful in identifying inspectors, a title company, and other contractors to get us to closing seamlessly. We couldn't have been happier with how smoothly things went, considering how much was accomplished remotely and online. We look forward to occupying our new home in the coming weeks. Kudos to Jasson and the entire Synergy Team at My Home Group.

He treated my home-buying experience as if it were his own. He was very patient with me and was able to use his knowledge of the local market to advise me on making the right offer on the right home. And even after I closed on a home, he took care of some repairs that were left unaddressed by the seller. If you're looking for an agent in Arizona, look no further. If you are looking for a realtor I strongly suggest calling Katrina Quinn…read more Katrina is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about home buying in Arizona. Katrina has a great way of explaining the process of home buying to first time buyers, keeps her clients up to date and in the loop, and does her best to ensure as smooth a transition as possible. We bought our first home in Arizona with Katrina in early 2017. The first time we met her, she showed up with a binder, that she gave to us, that answered many questions we had, and many questions we thought of after that meeting. She was so friendly, asked a lot of questions regarding the type of home we were interested in. From that meeting to closing day we were in contact most days, and regularly received emails or calls with updates. Katrina was on-the-ball when we were ready to put an offer in. She put the offer in very quickly, and communicated back and forth with the sellers with such ease. She helped answer and explain questions we had about the inspection and helped us figure out what we should negotiate with the sellers. Katrina worked very closely with the mortgage company, which made the process even more streamlined. Working with Katrina made our home buying experience fun, exciting and more stress-free than I could have envisioned. We were beyond happy with her by our side for this transaction.

The personalization that she provides is what makes the difference. She is as invested in your hopes and dreams for your perfect house as you are and she does everything she can to make it happen. just sold my house without paying a seller agent commission. I listed on REVINRE for zero…read morecommission. For $0 they put you on MLS, put a sign in the yard, and handle agents' showing requests - beyond that I did everything else; staging, lock box, open houses, open house signs, almost every weekend being on standby. Sounds like a lot of work but remember we are talking a five-figure sum of money to be saved. During a purchase contract that ultimately fell through, I paid Revinre $250 for 2 hours phone consultation. For the successful contract, I knew enough that I didn't need any more help. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is the agent could have condensed her 2-hours worth of conversations into maybe 45 minutes. The process of selling a home really is that straightforward Prior to Revinre I spent 2 months FSBO; that's a waste of time unless you are on MLS. Too much stigma for home buyers who don't care to learn how easy the process really is. And why would they? They are getting VIP treatment on someone else's dime, the seller's. And a buyer's agent has no interest in showing an FSBO, but you will get a TON of calls from agents offering to sell for you. Can I recommend Revinre? Knowing what I know now yes, I would use them again. I am never paying a seller commission again! (:0)

We were relocating from CA to AZ due to a death in our family, and she was so patient and kind even when our grief got the best of us at times. She showed us a total of 14 homes and remained in contact and kept us informed during the entire process. Other realtors may have been relaxed with their communication due to us being out of state buyers, but Kharimah stayed on top of everything. She ensured our needs were met and that we closed on the home that was best for us. On behalf of the Burrows/Taing/Khvan family, THANK YOU KHARIMAH FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE! We highly recommend her!

Upon the selling of our home we had only good things to say about Kharimah Campbell with Libertas…read morereal estate. That soon changed within a few weeks of selling the property. That being said, SELLERS BEWARE of the ball being dropped on critical aspects, such as an amended post possession lease following a late closing, which affected us as sellers negatively at move out. We as sellers signed and expected to close initially on a Friday and at no fault of our own the closing was delayed until the following Tuesday. Kharimah not only assured us the lease terms would be amended to 30 days from actual close, but was confident it wouldn't even be an issue. Kharimah never completed an amendment to edit the lease terms to reflect the new closing date due to her lack of follow through on the document. Following closing, we were operating under the assumption we had 30 days left in the home and she confirmed that with us on a few occasions. To avoid the buyers' threatened legal action to vacate the home due to the amendment not being completed, we had to rush to pack the last of our home up in 3 days when we had planned for an additional week. Kharimah took minimal action to resolve this issue and was unapologetic about what transpired. Kharimah got paid out for the selling of the home and after that she did not complete a key job task that was supposed to be followed through with, which we talked about before and after closing. When it was too late, Kharimah could only reiterate that she could not assist in helping us with the issue at hand because we were no longer her clients/contracted with her. To sum it all up, Kharimah got paid out from the sale and she left us high and dry after that to deal with the aftermath of her slip up. In the end, we as sellers were dealt the short end of the stick due to Karimah's negligence to continue doing her job as our real estate agent past the close of escrow. The sale of our home was quick and easy due to the sellers market, yet I would not recommend using Kharimah as an agent to sell your home because of the negative experience we had using her and the lack of sympathy she showed us.
