While it is in high demand - reservations should be made in advance - management is despicable. The owner, who was quick to show off her rights, turned me and my family off in a rude manner. We appeared on the late side and did not have much choice and one of the waitress told us we could expect a table within 15-20mn. People kept coming to the restaurant at the time so we decided to wait for a table to be free. It was raining outside and getting late so we did not want to run the risk to arrive too late elsewhere. In any case, after a few minutes of waiting, the owner shows up and tell us the restaurant is full and there is no table. I tell her that the young waitress told us to wait until one becomes free but she rudely and despicably told us to leave with a "have a good night". Unknown to her, we were there at the restaurant the first year they opened and got to go another year with family and experienced then another odd - and rude - encounter where she discouraged us to order more galettes because of a second service after us (the table was reserved to other people after us and she was calculating the time). There were 12 of us at the table at the time so I believe we were giving her good business but obviously it did not matter. It was evident she does not like people (or could care less) and despite getting some good food, it leaves you with a bitter taste in the end and wondering whether it is worth coming back to grow her business. I give 2 starts because of that although I would give more to the chef!

The pistachios ice cream tasted of pistachios and a touch of rum. Delightfully bitter and gentlly sweet, as good ice cream should be. The strawberry sorbet was nice too. Surprisingly cappuchino was not bad, as it is virtually impossible to get a good one in France, so it seems. We managed to get it without the cocoa powder topping, so instead it came with sweet cream. Well, we could shave it off and add it to the ice cream. Kids were happy. Next visit, we shall try the crepes, of-course. Recomended.
