This was a nice experience for first time painting!…read more The instructor was clear in French and English, and participants were mixed language and men and women. There was a "club" feeling generated, and the presence of the restaurant right next door, from which we could get our 2 drinks (with coupons provided by Life of Art's Lisa) and take them to the studio made the atmosphere very convivial and gave a chance for participants to meet one another before the painting started. The painting I did wasn't the best but I was happy to give it a try and to see how others did too. Next time I hope to do better! I can recommend this experience to anyone who likes to find a new outlet for fun and some learning, and to meet some nice people.

Loads of the exhibits are interactive (check out the dark chamber with handprints on the walls - scary!) and you can pick up your very own editions of certain works for free. The cafe on the ground floor is a great place to meet friends for a beer or two, surrounded by arty types. Highly recommended and brilliant fun for kids of all ages!

In 2 visits, gone, I can't even think about anymore and if I try to, it doesn't bother me in the least. I was not a huge fan or sold on reiki until I tried it and I am convinced its good for all. Silvana is best at explaining everything in French but her English is OK as well, so I am able to understand what she needed to explain. The environment is relaxing and the therapeutic massage after is wonderful. In addition she does Lomi lomi -Gado gado massage and her space features art as well.
