The sound system on the 2nd level is excellent; you can feel the sound reverberating throughout your body and the DJ played some songs I really like. The dance floor is on the 1st level and I had a difficult time enjoying myself because the DJ on this level was playing very outdated songs. I get very annoyed when a DJ doesn't know how to feel the crowd and everyone was on the dance floor wanting to dance the night away but they were hardly moving because the music wasn't good. Sorry Palo Alto, I just wasn't impressed …read more This is why: 1) not checking IDs. I was quite horrified by 15 year olds trying to dance with me , while downing bottles of liquor . Please, Palo Alto! Make it stop . 2) inattentive bartenders, even though we had bottle service with multiple tables. 3) security guards not intervening when my colleague was punched by a drunk guy (!!)) 4) DJ was playing old music that wasn't good Security guards were very nice to me , so that was cool .
