They broke my garage door sensor and made the garage door not work And did not confess. 2. After they finished the job, the property manager and tenant immediately reported the garage still had a strong unpleasant odor. So the job is half-failed. 3. This company made my tenant sign a satisfaction letter while the job was still ongoing before they finished their work. I am the property owner and the consumer never authorized any person to sign the satisfaction letter for me. They pretend this is my authorization to my tenant to sign for me. And take this as a proof for my satisfaction. 4. They also made my property manager sign the invoice with agreement and confirmation satisfaction before they even began any work. My property manager was even asked to sign a blank page on an invoice on the worker's iPad without being shown the actual content on the first page which is the satisfaction of their job page. It is unethical. 5. They even threatened me to put a lien on my property and go to collection if I don't pay in full.

He came out the morning of my first call, and showed up at each point that he was supposed to show up. It was done within a week, and two days. (the drying time with dehumidifiers and industrial fans took 7 days). He had some good suggestions about prevention of further leaks also. I recommend! I thought the price point a little high, but then I had an active leak. I did get another estimate...but that person never called me back. I do recommend Knight's Restoration!
