The classes are structured to enforce language skills but reading is not neglected. The classes are small which means every student gets practice speaking the language they are learning with the teacher and one another. (I was in the break of my collage in Boston and my English level wasn't too low) This school has a great range of levels, many activities and if you have some trouble and want to speak in your language, they have advisers in many languages too which is a good option to have. Including teachers, they are all friendly and it was comfortable enough for me to stay long. I was in the highest class all the time but I saw many low level students (who couldn't speak AT ALL) became better speakers and enjoyed their stay in NY. I as an advanced student learned a lot and improved English in many ways which I was honestly not expected much from a language school. I would like to come back anytime if there is another chance!!
