I have went here a couple times and Kimmy did a great job the first time I came in. I asked for a rounded French tip and she delivered. The next time I came in and asked for the same nails they weren't done as well as the first time. I came back 2 days later and asked if they could just paint them all one color with gel. They charged me $24 for a easier request. In total I paid $68 for gel nails, not very happy.

I love the entire feel of this nail salon. It's a family owned business and everyone is always welcoming and in a good mood. I always feel like nail techs are in a rush in most of the salons I've been to, but not here! They take their time, and do quality work. I get my natural nails "dipped". It's a bit thicker than shellac but it's not acrylic. A lot of the salons I've been to lay it on pretty thick but Le's nails works super careful and when they're done, my nails feel super strong, shiny, and neat. My dipped nails from Le's last me close to a month. I work with children, workout regularly, and am pretty rough on my nails! When you first visit the salon, they will charge you $1 for a nail file and buffer. Because of state regulations, they are not able to use the same file/buffer on different customers. You take it home, and bring it back on your next visit. When it starts to wear down, they replace it for free. This goes to show how much they care about safety and cleanliness.

Absolutely LOVE Le!!! I've been going here for a little over a year and I have told every single one of my friends and family members (that i know enjoy getting their nails done) to come here and they are NEVER disappointed. I started telling my coworkers too and have got 7 or 8 of them to try out Le's. Le is such a kind hearted soul and you can tell she and her family love their business. Last year her birthday was near Christmas and she donated every tip she got towards food for her village in Vietnam. She's so sweet!! Also the services are amazing. I'm always satisfied with my nails. Emily is amazing at detail and has created my favorite sets! Le always fits you into her schedule and gets to know you personally. She also came into my work once and left me a $100 tip!! THANK YOU LE! I love you!

I tried this place for the first time a few days ago and was very impressed. This is the only salon I've been to that actually got the coffin nail shape correct.

The nail tech did not listen to what I asked for. She did a half hearted job and gave me thick nails that were square shaped instead of oval (after asking 3 times which shape I wanted). The nails are not the same length on either hand, have bubbles and weird bumps in them. It was like my nail tech didn't even try. After all that they charged $43. I am not going to be returning.

Great service at Nikki nails! Friendly staff, clean space, comforting atmosphere and beautiful…read morenails!

DO NOT GO! SERIOUSLY!…read more In case you want to read this long post. Check the timeline of events that happened: Saturday at 4.30 I went to Nikki's Nails -needed to remove my gel nails (real not acrylic) -wanted to get a new gel manicure set. Got done at 6 pm or so. Came home around 6.15 pm washed my hands. You can't imagine the horror on my face when I looked at my hands. [check photos now] Nikki's nails are closed on Sunday. I came to them right after work on Monday with a band-aid on my thumb and the rest of the fingers started to bubble. How I was treated: Upon entry, I calmly explained the situation and asked for my 50$ back and I wanted my nails not fixed, but just off. I didn't want anything to do with this bubbling, peeling manicure. My nails were done by three different people, one person was taking off, one person was putting the base, and one person was painting. So of course, when everyone does everything nobody cares. So the girl that I saw on Monday, was the one who actually put the color on. She yelled, was rude, told me they won't return the money and they cannot fix anything for me right now and I needed to wait 2,5 hours for someone to get free. When I asked for the manager (calmly) she said she was out of town (convenient), but the cherry on top was that after she continued yelling at me and peeling WITH HER hands my nail. Despite all of this, she said I was being difficult.... Now, I have never written a bad review for any place, because I really try to get all my problems resolved in a quiet and professional way, but this won't do. I strongly recommend not going to Nikki's nails. This place is trash. Literal trash. It's not worth even checking.
