La roue n'existe plus mais il reste du passé l'imposante bâtisse construite au-dessus d'un petit cours d'eau et ses canards, et un énorme tilleul bicentenaire qui domine la terrasse. Annie et Gérard Umhauer, qui proposent une cuisine traditionnelle aux accents régionaux, y ont installé leur restaurant en respectant l'identité du lieu : il semble que moulin et tilleul existent toujours pour eux mêmes.

The food was delicious and they have a nice list of the wines of the region (make sure to have a designated driver ). The only thing is that it would have been nice if they offered a few specialities of the region for food. But maybe the day we went, their menu was limited because of the current situation with the restaurants only allowed to open outdoors with a limited number of guests.
