I live alone and my laundry had become very backed up. Unfortunately, I fell and required an ambulance/hospitalization. Prior to coming home, my sister dropped off my laundry at Pacoa's - finding it conveniently located in Publix Shopping Center, and it was 72 lbs (several items were wet)! When I was discharged from the hospital we were able to pick it up on the way home! I have never been so pleasantly surprised at the pride these folks take in their work! The clothes weren't simply hung at shoulders or folded and put over hanger; these were meticulously placed so the clothing would remain wrinkle-free and unstretched! The hangers were covered by the light blue drycleaning protective bags. I don't ever take that care with my clothes! The folding was so precise and uniform, I didn't want to take it out. No kidding, when you are disabled and have many, many needs - you notice details like this. And -- it is AFFORDABLE!! I'm so impressed with the efforts and product these folks provide that I want to tell them to charge more as they are definitely worth it! I'm trying pickup/delivery today and honestly, I expect them to be eagerly smiling when they knock on the door! Pacoa is a Treasure in Tampa Bay!

The second one I received a text the morning my order was supposed to be ready and they stated they had an issue with a machine so my order would not be ready until the following day, which was Monday. Unfortunately, my items that I brought on Friday morning were needed for an event Saturday so therefore I had to actually purchase two all white garments for the event which cost a few hundred dollars. The manager Ariel refused to give me my refund of $10 which I know is not that big of a deal but the issue is you all sent a text saying my order was not ready and therefore are just telling me on a Monday afternoon that my order was actually ready in the text was not supposed to have sent to me. This is very poor customer service and I will not be bringing my business back here. I have included a screenshot of the text that they sent on Saturday and she said it only applied to people who dropped off shirts, my order consisted of one dress and one pair of jeans. Where do you see any mention of shirts that this text only applied to? Super poor customer service.

Unfortunately, the customer service is what brought my rating down. The prices are already on the expensive side, and I was genuinely surprised by how inflexible the staff was. I simply asked if they could exchange two dimes and a nickel for a quarter so I could use one of the machines. The employee told me she "wasn't supposed to do that." It was such a small request that would have cost the business nothing, yet it was handled as if I were asking for something unreasonable. Little acts of customer service go a long way, especially in a business where customers are already paying premium prices. While the clean facility and amenities are appreciated, the lack of basic courtesy left a disappointing impression. I hope management considers giving employees a little more flexibility to help customers with simple requests like this.
