It's been apparently around for a while, since 1946 indeed.
I had a Vegetable couscous and to be perfectly honest I had never been in a marocan restaurant since I turned vegan. So a bit difficult to make a sound opinion.

Still far away from Majouba's couscous, but then again Majouba is not a restaurant, just an tremendous cook that used to work as a maid when I was a kid and that could make us travel without leaving the house. Too bad she isn't around anymore.
