It would be one thing if the NPs knew anything about Psych meds, but they do not. One in particular, Monet Mindell, was all over the place, looking through a tiny book to see if meds interacted with one another. Very unsettling. The billing is also incorrect, so that is the icing on an already very lopsided cake.

I then called back two days later and left a message again, and a rude receptionist finally called me back. She started off not by apologizing for the delay in returning my phone call, but stated "I'm sorry if my family vacation got in the way of you scheduling your appointment." The car went on with her rude attitude she finally asks who do I wanna make an appointment with. And states "we don't except any insurance at all." I said well I can't afford to pay and that's all I heard was the phone click, she hung up that's how she ended the phone call.I called back and left a message for the office manager to return my phone call I am sure I will never receive a phone call back.
