Here we go another month is going by and not even a phone call nor a email correspondence on what is going on with my settlement. I have been doing research on your firm as it seems that this type of behavior is a continuous pattern no communication, no transparency but instead a lot of excuses. This is very unprofessional and later on today is will be filing a formal complaint as it is more than clear that I have been used as bait for your staff to get paid and it seems that I will be only receiving the left overs of what truly belongs to me. There is absolutely no transparency on what exactly you are doing with my settlement check in which I am demanding a copy of all the documents on everything that you are doing in regards to my entire case including distribution of my funds. To be sent to my email address immediately !!!! I must now say I am very disappointed and unhappy on how you , Nick and your staff have not been forthcoming but instead made excuses to continue to hold my settlement check. If you want to be treated horribly and passed off from lawyer to lawyer and not get phone calls answered and be told it is going to take more time every few months and be told to stop calling them for updates when you never hear from them then you need to use lerner-rowe. Useless is an undestatement, I gave them all the info needed to get the car accident settlement done quickly, but no, once they have you sign off on everything they pretty much stop helping you and act like you are an inconvience to them. Go with anyone else, lerner-rowe are a waste of time-effort and make used car salesmen look honest. DO NOT USE THEM, as they do as little as possible to help you, just want their 33-1/3 % without putting in the work to earn it. read more

I called to get a consultation on a very legitimate medical malpractice claim. I was transferred to a person named Gerardo. He took all my personal information and had me describe my potential claim and then inform me that learner and Rowe does not handle medical malpractice. I advised him that their website specifically claims to be an authority in medical malpractice. He did not have much to say other than to tell me to google, AVVO.com. So I did as advised and entered all my personal information on that website to be directed to a monthly subscription legal representation website. A money grab. I obviously did not need an on-call Attorney 24/7, I just needed this one claim handled. Very poor experience, a total dead end. read more

Avoid at all costs! There is zero customer service and I mean zero. Phone calls are answered only to be transferred to a voicemail to someone who does not respond to their voicemails. You get someone new every time you call and no one can help. The customer service person who apparently handles complaints also does not answer calls and they say can be reached if you leave a voicemail. I still haven't heard back from that person either. read more

My car accident was back in 2019, today year is 2022. After my case was closed I started receiving bills for all my medical thing I had done. The attorney advised to send all bills to the office and they would take care of it. When my case was closed they kept more than half of my money I walked out with maybe $800. When I called regarding my bills they mention you sign this and that. Answers that I wasn't even asking. I will not recommend this office to anyone I know. read more

I was injured in an 18 wheeler accident and because the VISIBLE damage to my vehicle didn't look significant enough to support OUR injuries they DECIDED to not handle my case. I didn't get more by hiring Lerner & Rowe than I would have received by going through the other driver's insurance company directly. I may have even received less that I would have if I hadn't hired them. My medical bills were barely covered and the constant changeover of attorneys, all of whom seemed dismally unhappy with their jobs, is leading me to write this review. I was injured in an accident that was not my fault and my sweet little all paid for car was totalled. I got about $1000 over and above my medical bills, that are still ongoing. I was rushed to settle and threatened with getting nothing if I didn't settle quickly at the end of a 2 year period of little to no service from this law firm. If you're not laid up in the hospital from your injuries, just settle with the insurance company - it's probably faster and easier. read more

My wife and daughter were injured in a car accident in early 2019. Suffering a broken arm and other injuries. This outfit, (L&R), positioned themselves as being capable of handling the fees for sustained injuries as well as other compensations. Even from start, the communication was poor and infrequent but we went along with them as we've never dealt with this kind of event before. Two years passed with physician appointments and related bills. Recently and randomly, without notice our case was dropped! They provided no explanation as to why or any forewarning. I would give less than one star if possible based on lack of communication and complete deception if possible. This is out of Tucson. Hopefully this helps someone as we're now back to square one. I couldn't possibly refer this group to anyone needing assistance without a guilty conscience. read more

I find they are stereotypical ambulance chasers. They do not care for the person just the insurance check you may provide. I would not ever use them again nor would I let any person I know. Once they get your case they are ready for 1-2 days to get you to sign this and that. Get to a doctor even when you do not request it. Come to find out lady who hit us had no insurance. Never called to tell us that, refused to return dr. calls (that they sent you to), and just let you hang out there. So you call them to find out what is happening. Takes forever to get someone to call you back and at that time they tell you she had no insurance we are not helping you. Well you found out 2 weeks ago but never bothered to tell the Dr. or your client. Now who pays the dr. bill? Right, you guessed it. read more
