We had a horrible experience where our dog was snatched from our yard by a coyote - he was out for…read morehis nighttime potty and a pack of three coyotes were going past our home at that moment. We had built block walls around our yard but the coyote was able to easily hop over and almost carried our little guy away. Thankfully our pup was ok after an incredibly expensive stay and literal brain surgery at urgent care. While dealing with the stress of not knowing if our dog would recover and with the unexpected cost, we knew we needed to get more protection up asap and I reached out to 4-5 fence companies to help. Everyone was wonderful but Mike stood out. He was sympathetic, knowledgeable, and managed to get us slotted in on the schedule. He met with me at least three times before we finalized the quote to make sure he knew exactly what we needed. Jason and Jobel were our installers and they worked hard to get the project done. They were also perfectionists which my neurotic heart appreciated - the two of them literally went over every inch of the install at the end and swapped out any slats that didn't pass their quality check. They even redid a tricky corner four times to make sure I was satisfied. Mike came by every day to check on everything and discuss all steps with me. We had some issues with the gates and the locks/handles I had already purchased and Mike had his welder fabricate custom pieces to make sure the gates worked and looked nice. He takes pride in his work and his entire team follows his lead. Our project was not cheap but I've learned in the past two years of renovation and building that you get what you pay for - and the feeling of security and relief I have when outside is absolutely worth it.

We picked Torrance fence because 1) the price point was good, 2) I felt like the sales person was very detailed in the questions that he asked and all of the fine points that he went over, and 3) it was the only sales person that offered me a booklet where I could see all of the options and gave me the most detailed information. I'm so glad we did. Our fence turned out gorgeous!!! Every interaction with their company was extremely professional and very organized. They told me it would probably be three weeks before we were scheduled but they actually scheduled us like a week later. They were the only company that asked us if we wanted to fence in part of our side yard that was not previously fenced. We ultimately decided to do that and ended up with 200 more square feet of backyard space. We never would've thought of that if he had not suggested it. Love the fence and great experience with this company. Highly recommend!

Here's a polished version that keeps your warmth and enthusiasm while making it flow more smoothly:…read moreWriting As a Realtor, I'm always looking for companies I can confidently recommend to my clients--businesses that combine exceptional craftsmanship with genuine care and outstanding service. Torrance Fence checks every box. From the very beginning, Gago was incredibly helpful in guiding the design process and making sure the new fence blended beautifully with the existing layout. He stayed in communication throughout the project and made sure his foreman, Art, understood my vision, the unique challenges of the property, and the results I was hoping to achieve. Art was genuine, funny, and an absolute pleasure to work with. It was obvious that he truly cared about delivering the best possible outcome. His crewman, Angel, lived up to his name--kind, hardworking, and professional. Together, they worked harder than any crew I've encountered on a home project. They had a long distance to haul materials, endured sweltering temperatures, and never once complained. I treated them to lunch both days, and their sincere gratitude touched me. Their work ethic and positive attitude were remarkable. The finished product was flawless. My client commented that the new fence was a tremendous upgrade to the property. In fact, I'll be looking for opportunities to send more business their way because crews like this deserve to be rewarded with more work. Thank you, Gago, Art, and Angel, for making my job easier and for delivering such an outstanding experience. I highly recommend Torrance Fence!
