None of this is the fault of Brothers Auto - it's simply what led me to them. Once there I encountered a delightful lady who checked me in and out. The entire process, including the state-mandated visual smog check, took about 10 minutes. This was a very positive experience and I want Brothers to know how lucky they are to have her to initially handle customers. She helped me to forget how aggravated I was at the State of California.
