I knew right away, on the first visit, that we found the perfect dentistry practice for us. Over the years, every member of her staff has always been friendly and competent each time we've been there. Jennifer DiPerio and her staff got us through the Pandemic, got us in quickly if a "tooth problem" came up, and helped keep our teeth and gums healthy. On Friday, Dr Hudak prepped me for a crown, then used his connections to fast-track a visit to an endodontist to re-root an infected canal on another tooth. Sent the imprint to the lab over the weekend to make a crown, then on Monday I was in his chair again, to do cosmetics on the tooth that had the canal-work done, and install my new crown. Both Drs let me know what was going on step by step and followed up with calls to make sure I was ok. Despite the unpleasantness, I feel well handled.

I was scheduled for an extraction with a doctor who doesn't extract teeth and was not informed of this until AFTER they took over 200 dollars in unnessisary exrays. I waited 8 months to get my permanent ones, only to walk out the first day told to wear them in order to get used to them with no adjustments. Went back once a week to have them adjust the fit and was told I had to pay 700.00 to get a soft liner put in. After that I never went back. I have been told you shouldn't need denture cream for well fitting dentures, but the hygienist told me I was told wrong. Amazing when you talk to a different dentist who actually cares about how you feel and look makes you realize that Dr Grucella and his employees didn't.

Ended up taking my grandmother to Jennifer Jerome on brown street. Amazing place. Coincidentally, they tried to get my grandmother's records from 2K dental and they would not release them.
