Despite it being a deliciously hipsterly decked-out cafe, I note that the demographics of the other patrons on a Saturday morning are all over the place. It's excellent, because the owners and staff of Run Rabbit Run are doing exactly what they want to do, and in this small town people aren't scared off by feeling like only a particular demographic is allowed to patron a place. Coming from Brisbane, and spending a fair amount of time in Melbourne, I certainly have noticed these demographic-owned places in both those cities. Heck, it even happens a little down in Hobart. And on Friday they have a $12.50 burger and fries night, I do not like this, it's way too fatty, although it may be because of how cheap the burgers are, because at full price the burgers were amazing!
