2.5/5
This place is in a nice location, easily accessible and has plenty of parking on the nearby surrounding streets.
The staff were friendly and the menu has plenty of options for any type of eater; big, small, vegetarian or vegan.
However once when our meals came out, we were unsatisfied. The vegetable curry (chickpea & sweet potato) had a meager amount of rice, which was confusing as it is a cheap product. The curry itself was too thick, this led it to look like seasoned vegetables and rice.
The burger was also a disappointment; the bun wasn't a burger bun, it was thin like pasty but not even as fluffy as that. The pattie didn't taste like beef, it seemed like it was full of filler. However the chutney and aioli were nice.
A disappointing lunch overall and, for me, didn't live up to their mission statement of providing Burnie with high quality food. read more
