Vegan for me used to mean bland and unappetizing. Rarely I could find a place serving something lacking meat and at the same time - not lacking flavor. Leonardo Verde is a new restaurant on Poznańska Street, quickly becoming Warsaw's Restaurant Row. So the competition is fierce. Leonardo, however, is doing really good so far. They got famous thanks to their summer menu, filled with delicious, plant-based dishes. Now the owners build on that, cementing their position on Warsaw's culinary scene.
You can expect unexpected here. Pasta carbonara without meat, but with something you could swear tastes like bacon. Ham on a pizza - not a ham at all. Various interesting ingredients removing blandness from the vegan cuisine.
Also - the interior is decorated with taste, cocktails are original and the staff is nice and not judging if you are a lost meat-eater. read more
