It's found down the side of the main post office with the door facing the railway station. You have to go up a couple of flights of stairs I'm not sure if there's a lift or not (never noticed) so it may not be accessible for everyone. At the top there's a door through to a small office. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, depending on how busy it is. It's easier to try to park in Windsor Road itself (if there's a space) than to pay expensive parking charges at the station opposite.

I checked inside the bin but due to me being away on holiday, the bins were empty after bin collection while I was away. Clearly the individual who delivered the item did not go through the correct procedure of posting a non delivery card, which would have allowed me to collect the parcel at the Royal Mail sorting office at a time suitable on my return back home. I have now purchased items, which cost me £105.92 and not received, I will be claiming this money back from Royal Mail, or I will have to go through legal proceedings to achieve. This is a lovely little sub-post office. It has all the services that you'd expect from a sub-post…read moreoffice. The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to get to know and help their customers. I've often gone up with lots of parcels to post, and they've been very patient with me - even if I'm holding up a long queue of customers! It's located on the main road in Tonna, with plenty of roadside parking in front of it. There's also a small convenience shop in the front of the post office, which stocks lots of the daily essentials that you'd expect to find, as well as newspapers and magazines.

They also have a very good selection of greetings cards , gifts and toys. Also there is a christmas catalogue where you order things , pay weekly and then near christmas once you have paid for your items you will recieve them . This is very good if you are short of money as it means you can budget for christmas over a few months instead of over a short period of time. The staff are always very friendly and love to have a chat with their customers and although the post office is small I have no problem taking the buggy inside.
