At this time I was out of the country on holiday in Poland, on return there was no sign of a parcel but a note written on another delivered letter stating ' Parcel inside bin'. I checked inside the bin but due to me being away on holiday, the bins were empty after bin collection while I was away.
Clearly the individual who delivered the item did not go through the correct procedure of posting a non delivery card, which would have allowed me to collect the parcel at the Royal Mail sorting office at a time suitable on my return back home.
I have now purchased items, which cost me £105.92 and not received, I will be claiming this money back from Royal Mail, or I will have to go through legal proceedings to achieve.
