Should have told me they were not able to help me with the specific needs of my case because medical staff issues and the nuances of the medical field is not what they do and then they will keep you to juice you for billable hours. Not at all happy and I feel like they could care less about me. I was just a dollar sign. If you can hire them on contingency or for a set retainer with % of settlement fine but do not pay out of pocket or they will run up those hours.
