We can't say enough good things about this business. We had a tire literally burst on our RV at 6…read morepm on a Friday night when there was a huge race at Bristol. We called at least 10 businesses trying to get help without success. This man came out, removed the wheel, took it to his shop and replaced the tire so that we still had a spare, and put the wheel back on. The price he charged for the tire was the same as we usually pay and the service call was totally reasonable. He was pleasant and polite. We are both in our 70's and changing this in 90+ degree heat was not an option. If he had not come out, our only option would be a huge towing fee to pull the trailer to a shop. It was proof that compassionate, ethical and competent people still exist.

We shrug that off and finally buy the blades now comes the fun part. This guy had absolutely no idea what he was doing pulling at our wipers looking like he was about to break them trying to and I quote "just cram them in there" looking up youtube videos on how to do it so that was another 30 mins wasted. He said he was gonna get someone else to do it because he was scared of breaking them. So 15 mins later the next guy comes out after waiting for him to get off the phone naturally. He can't get the job done either and at this point we just want our money back and to be done with it so we have them put the old ones back on and go inside to get a refund. We get halfway through that one when suprise suprise they are on the phone again another 15 mins goes by before I finally say something at that point we finally get our money back and can leave. To put it into perspective I went to advanced auto and timed how long it would take them 10 mins and 46 seconds from the time I went in the door till I pulled out the parking lot. Never going back here again. But on the bright side it seems like the perfect place to work if all you want to do is stand around talking on the phone all day
