And unbeknownst to me, I fell into the well-know trap of repetitive motion issues suffered by so many musicians. I have worked with other physical therapists, and they helped, but never really eliminated my pain. And then I was introduced to Sean McComiskey by a musician friend. It turns out Sean is also a musician, and he understands those repetitive motion issues that haunt musicians. After meeting Sean, he described to me the physiology of muscles and tendons, to the extent a lay person such as me could understand.
