This was a terrible experience that left me shaken up. These people scammed me for a lot of money. I hired them to fix and reinstall a section of fence on our cow field, they came for a consultation and they told me they knew how to build a proper livestock fence. They did not, the fence was very poorly made, not complete and the material used wasn't right. They ended up taking the fence down and are refusing a refund. The owner doesn't speak english and he put him on the phone with some guy, Jesse, that got really aggressive and made me extremely uncomfortable. I was able to carry on the conversation with the owner's wife in a respectful manner and set up a time for them to come back to talk about the situation. They no showed and when I asked if they were coming she told me that they would not because they weren't sure that her husband would be able to not lose his temper. I asked again for a refund and told them that they are not welcome back on my property, they insisted in meeting in person 'somewhere in Monroe' and when I declined and asked for this to be a phone conversation, they stopped all communication. They are agreeing that they were not able to perform the job but won't give me a refund because they already paid their guys! Here's where I'm the idiot, I paid them cash, they did not give a receipt and left $300 of material on my property for me to deal with. They charged me $1600 in labor for 2 guys to come work for 4 hours. read more
