The end product is beautiful, a bit expensive for 'grass', but well worth the investment. At the end, our Project Manager, Matthew, visited in person and made sure we were happy. During the process the office, Misha, checked with us several times to explain payment, maintenance, etc. Customer Service tends to be missing from many service companies, but STNW has set the standard.
