I want to personally thank Esther Zhang who was very helpful and responsive in all requests and questions I had regarding my insurance needs. I especially appreciated her thorough email responses, providing exact details of what each policy offers and exactly what is needed on my end. This made insurance shopping a breeze, especially with most insurances/brokerages providing very vague initial email responses. Providing an initial email with exact quotes and policy coverages made picking a policy fast and easy. Not only was Esther very professional through email communication but also through the phone. I personally prefer fast and quick service through technology (e.g. electronic signature, autopay/direct deposit) but I also appreciate that Esther was always available on the phone (during normal business hours) to confirm all transaction details that were performed electronically. Thank you Esther and Pepper Hu Insurance. Will definitely recommend to those who are shopping for insurance.
