All I wanted was a quote and it took over an hour, took her 15 minutes to get my name and DOB, I was placed on hold for half of this 25 minute call and was then asked to call me back. Got a call back an hour later from the initial call to ask for receipts and backups from the prior owner on the leak they had. What in the world is this! I've never heard of any places asking for all this and this is just for a QUOTE! Extremely frustrated for wasting my time just to attempt to get a quote where StateFarm and Connect both gave me a quote in under 15 minutes. I told her to just give me a quote as I have nothing and she quoted me $1600 for now. I expressed how irritated this whole process of this place was and to cancel everything I have asked for. This girl needs some customer service and knowledge skills. Putting a potential client on hold for half the call is not cool, telling me you need someone to look over your quote because you're unsure.
