I've been going to Mike for over 5 years now. The first car…read moreI brought him was my 2004 Jaguar XJ8 with the Front Air Suspension blown on both sides. Mike repaired them in one day and the price was half of the next lowest competitor. Great job! Then I bought a 2008 Jaguar XJ8 and he replace the blown Suspension on it. Also at a great price. It doesn't end there. As you can see I love Jaguars. I next brought Mike my 2012 Jaguar XK with a blown water pump. While repairing it he called me and asked if I could come by and see a couple of other issues the car had that I wasn't aware of. Luckily they weren't major but It would have cost me more money to fix later on if I didn't replace them while he had the water pump off. Saved me $$$$$. For that I'm grateful. When I needed a new pair of Pirelli's for her I priced around and then I remembered I saw a Pirelli Sign in his garage. He beat all the online pricing and the lowest price dealer in South Florida. And Pirelli P-Zero Tires for my car aren't cheap. So when the front end of my XK started giving me problems I knew who I could trust with it. He replaced my entire Front Suspension which I knew was shot as well as 2 Engine Mounts that were old. The car runs and rides like a brand new Jag right out of the showroom. I can't thank him and his mechanics that worked on my enough. A terrific job!

05/31/2023 Michael Khan gave me an AC repair estimate for $1400.00 with life time warranty (Khan…read moretold me), Khan repaired it then, but the AC lasted only for a month then as it was not working any more. And also I found the radio was not working any more. I brought it back to Khan, Khan said the compressor that he installed was broken and he needed to wait for another compressor to come. So we were waiting for few months for the part to come. I asked Khan why it took so long? Mickael Khan this Korean man said it was because of the holiday season. Then Khan installed it again. The AC worked for another one month then quit again. I told Khan the issue but Khan was trying to lie to me by saying that my car was too old and there were somebody else touching his ac work, But there were no one else but Khan the dishonest korean man who was fixing my FIAT ac after another mechanic. After I was calling the police on Khan for damaging my another car (crown victoria 2009) window regulator and also I told the police that the FIAT ac Khan fixed was not working, I returned my FIAT back to him. But Khan left my FIAT car in his parking lot for few months without performing any work. Then I asked my attorney to write this Korean man a letter to advice Khan to fix it immediately or seeking legal action. Then Khan fixed it in 3 days. But it still worked only for another month then it quit. I then tried to contact Khan but he seldom response nor ever called back. All Khan texted me was to explain that only the part has life time warranty and the labor didn't. I then brought my FIAT car to the dealer for diagnosis, the report shows that whatever the Korean man has done to the AC was showing the leaks everywhere and it will cost $6500 total to repair the AC.

My car was misfiring and my engine computer notifiers popped on (aka check engine light)…read more I was referred to the owner of SG by a coworker for some previous work. I called and got the ok to have it dropped off at the 988 garage. John was the "Service Professional" that would be doing this work. I called and he quoted me $80-100 to replace the coil and spark plug and an oil change. I thought it was a reasonable rate and I agreed. He said he would do that but no work could be done today bc he's been drinking. I said (my car was already there) "Next week is fine." He texted and Re-quoted me "$160. And there's an oil leak. Is that ok? It's too much work to fix the oil leak, I don't want to do it but will try to patch it Oil Change and replace coil. for $160". "Fine". Long story longer, he texted me Monday to let me know it's ready, I scheduled to pick it up within the hour. I was there in 30 minutes. He wasn't. I texted, I'm outside. Called, nothing. 15 minutes later I left. Three hours later he texted back. I'm on the other side. Annoyed. Finally, two days later, I get there, pay him, "Thank you!" he hands me my keys and goes inside. I start my car and it seemed to be misfiring same as when I dropped it off. Also the 60% oil light was illuminated but the engine light was not. It was at 60% when I dropped it off. So no oil change was done. My ride left and It seemed ok to drive so I left. At this point, I was spending a lot of money, the car was older and I was overdue for a new car. I needed to trade it in. It's fixed (I thought) bc the engine computer light was off. So when I took it to get assessed, the guy asked if I had work done recently. "Yes I just picked it up. I had the coil changed and an oil change, within the past two months the list goes on." He said "No, it needs to be changed, it's misfiring and my diagnostic machine showed that all was done was the computer was cleared out but it's showing other work that was done prior and the dates of everything." I contacted John and asked what I was charged for?? The coil was not replaced nor was the spark plugs and all he said was "Dealer games, they're lying". Um, yeah..What are the odds I can get my, *$160 in cash only with no receipt* back?

I was concerned about my brakes so I brought it to the Lexus dealership in New Jersey before I left for my trip. The service representative said, I would be able to drive my vehicle to Florida and of course he quoted me a price, which was astronomical, even with my Veterans discount. As a woman, I always feel the dealerships tend to overcharge women, because they believe they can scare us. So pathetic! Anyway, in February I drove down to Florida for the SOBEFEST in Miami. The day after I arrived, my car was making noise and the first thing I thought about was my brakes. As I couldn't remember the repair shop I went to a few years ago, I went to Yelp and there it was, "Longlife Automotive!" I arrived in the morning and spoke to a gentleman named Mitch. He took my car to get it checked and when he came back, he said there was nothing wrong with my brakes and all I needed was an oil change. I was in shock!! In New Jersey they told me I needed new brakes and here all I needed was an oil change. Can you imagine how much money I saved? As I explained to Mitch that was even with a Veteran discount. Guess what, I showed Mitch my DD214, showing I served in the United States Army and he gave me a discount as well.
