I have had state farm since I was 20 and I'm 61. Never had an accident or ticket. In two years here we were hit twice at stop lights and once at the post office, none our fault, yet our rates went up. We had a truck throw a rock and crack glass and in Florida the law is you don't have to pay a deductible, had it fixed and guess what, the rates went up. We were told if we get a new vehicle with all the safety features, it would go down a lot, that lasted 2 months and it show back up, this time told the whole state raised rates (check on this with insurance commissioner) and then got an email to take a *senior class* to reduce rates a little bit. How about the young people texting and talking on phone or just not paying attention? Why don't they have to take a class? The first boy to hit us was a teenager texting, the second a woman with bad tires. You always get a very quick answer to get rid of you and I am so done. I nearly forgot if you put their babysitter in your vehicle and call with mileage so often that is supposed to be a discount. So far seeing none.
