By far the best customer service I have received. I typically do not write reviews, even if service was bad, however I have never experienced such friendly environment when walking in to a public place, so I figured it was worth the share. Not only was all staff friendly but upon trying to acquire a quote for my home and auto insurance I learned I was lacking coverage on my automobile policy. I did not realize full coverage only pertained to your vehicle and that it had nothing to do with your liability coverage, no agent had ever explained to me that the liability is completely separate than that.. I was able to get a stronger policy, even though price was same as I was paying with Geico, but coverage was double than what I had with them for about the same price, in reality the Allstate policy was in fact more economical. I called Geico before making the switch to compare it with the quote that I was provided by Allstate and if I would have increased my coverage and carried the lower deductibles my Geico policy would of went up $70.00 more a month. If you are not sure what your insurance does for you, this is the people to contact.
