What should have been a simple one‑hour task turned into a five‑hour marathon involving multiple stores, hunting down ice, Ziploc bags, a styrofoam cooler, and then getting everything shipped out on time at FedEx -- on a Friday, no less. His professionalism, patience, and work ethic were truly outstanding.
