Don't call this office, they literally don't care if you have cancer and die! Terrible people!

An uninformed patient cannot provide proper consent. Had I known that I would be in excruciating pain for more than a week, unable to move facial muscles, chew properly, ambulate, shower without tears, speak without pain, or sleep a night without waking up in pain, I would not have consented to this surgery. Only after a call to the office a week later did I learn that the scalp is complicated and presents these issues. I was never told to expect to miss days from work, and was assured that there are not a lot of nerves on the scalp and that it would not be painful. Even when the scalp was being pulled and stitched, and I directly asked, "this really feels like it will hurt a lot later, what can I expect?" I was assured that it would not. Be your own advocate. I just felt comfortable. He took my exam. Ask questions any questions I had. He answered them quite well. Gave me some good advice I just wanna give you guys also while I'm here posting this review I'd really like to know if there's a spa from New England dermatology to go to for men in his 60s I'm not sure how spas work however, if you get this information I would really like an answer back cause I really need it. It's called a spa day maybe for men to maybe get some relaxing massage or whatever you guys do cause I'm looking tired thank you.

Holding onto my money until I maybe came in again...I had to reach out to them...and they never got it right... I had to figure it out and asked for return of my credit, which wasn't correct either...needless to say I won't be back nor recommend them to anyone!!!

I had my appointment set via phone call to be at 10 am plus arrive 10 mins early, I received text messages wanting me to confirm. I understood the appointment time requirements and arrived on time. When I asked when I might be seen, I was told first-time patients can wait an hour before being seen. I was not going to be sitting there in their tiny packed waiting room which gave me the impression it was dirty for an hour. And who knows what would be said when the hour is up? Another 15 mins? Another half hour? I'm a patient with insurance and they're going to charge my insurance but treating the patient like shit means nothing to them. And I was told all this from a girl with fancy fingernails in the manner of you can wait or cancel now and leave. What kind of crap is that? Of course I was pissed off and I left.
