I mostly worked with Ashley the manager and she's fantastic. From the initial eval to subsequent treatments she's been very knowledgeable and gave me a great timeline for my recovery of some loose ligaments of the ankle. The therapists are also very helpful in regards to some products I should purchase for home use. I always have fun here and the hour goes by so quickly. it involves an instrument assisted massage which is the absolute best part. And the facility itself is also very attractive. There's tons of natural sunlight that shines through and really all these small characteristics turn into an overall positive experience!

I took part in physical therapy services at this Novacare facility for a month. While I have a…read morerenewal script in hand, I'm unfortunately unable to continue visiting this location since I'm moving away very soon, but I have nothing but great things to say about the therapists and team here. Kim served as my primary therapist, but I also received care from Joe and Mary Ellen. All of the therapists were highly skilled and generally efficient. There were some lags here and there between exercise instructions, but that's a given with any PT. Unlike any orthopedic, Kim was able to target the source of my problem and give helpful exercises that I continue to use. She employed the Graston Technique twice (ugh, ouch!) and also performed manual adjustments at each visit, while giving clear instructions on how to build my core to improve my well-being. If you live in the Collingswood, Oaklyn, Haddon Township, or Audubon area, I highly recommend this rehabilitation center. It's right on the White Horse Pike with a small parking lot to the side.
