There are time when I've gone to the bank to get a significant amount of cash in certain denominations and have had issues. One time I went through the driver through virtual teller and felt like I was being disciplined for asking, not only for cash, but cash in certain denominations. It was suggested in the future that I go to a different branch. Next time I visited, I went into the branch, hoping I'd get better service went right up to the counter as there was nobody else in the bank and was told I had to first go to the virtual teller for assistance then get my 20s go to the real person to get the denominations that I needed . Why couldn't the first person help me? Why did I have to start at the virtual teller? This last time, I thought I would try and beat the system by making an appointment with a branch employee, but when I got there, I was told that they would not be able to help me as they do not have cash drawers so I would have to go to the customer counter, but thankfully they let me avoid the virtual teller. The teller had a weird way of counting the cash, and it was hard for me to keep track of it, but about 10 minutes after I left, I get a call that they had shorted me now I have to go back. I guess I should be thankful I received a call. For these reasons I'm strongly considering switching banks, in hopes, there's another bank, they can better give personal customer service.

This bank used to be great. The merger has made it a train wreck. Tried to close my accounts today…read moreso I could go to a different bank and they said I couldn't since I've had recent activity on the account. The merger completely screwed up this bank and all its clients. You can't even consistently access your online banking anymore. Even customer service has taken a down turn, not surprising as it seems many clients are running from this bank.

I will never go back to this place and here is why: When I…read moreagreed to sign up for an account the person I was working with started asking me about old addresses and phone numbers. After the 4th address question I asked her if she was running a credit check and she informed me that they do a consumer report. The reason for my upset was that the addresses and numbers she was asking me about were from my soon to be ex husbands accounts and she NEVER told me before hand that they would be asking about those things. As a now single full time working mother it was a slap in the face I didnt need. I dont blame her for doing her job but the lack of communication is less than desired where money is involved. There were other things that put me off if the 20 minute encounter but that was the major thing. I would NEVER trust this bank with my money.
