I have had interactions with the bank tellers and account managers and found them all to be pleasant and helpful. It's a popular location, so depending on the day of the week / time of day the lines can sometimes be long and parking lot may be crowded. However, the parking here is better than some other branches (e.g., ones in Arlington). Altogether I've been pleased with this branch.

When I realized closing time was approaching, I was willing to return the next day, so I wasn't causing the staff to stay overtime. They gave me a print out with the top left and right side of the page cutoff. The W and E on the left side of Wells Fargo was not visible. It showed as lls Fargo and the pages 1 or 2 on the right side showed 1 of. I spoke with 3 different people and wasted and hour of my time. All they can say is this is the only way we can print it. One of the bankers named Julie was straight up rude. She kept saying SIR this is above my pay grade and didn't even try to help. Victoria and Phyllis tried but kept printing the same thing. How can a huge establishment not be able to print documents with the bank name on it? I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone and quite honestly am closing my account and going to another bank.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a financial institution…read more I refinanced my vehicle with Pentagon Federal Credit Union, and the title process has been unnecessarily frustrating from the beginning. My previous lender confirmed that the lien was released electronically, but PenFed told me I had to go to the title bureau and obtain a physical replacement title myself. I contacted the Cuyahoga County Title Bureau and was told that PenFed could have accessed and printed the title themselves. The representative even described PenFed as being "lazy" for making me handle something the credit union could have completed. After making me take time out of my day to resolve the issue, PenFed did not even provide the address that needed to be placed on the title. I had to continue contacting them just to get basic instructions that should have been provided from the beginning. The lack of communication, clear guidance, and accountability has been unacceptable. I should have checked the reviews for this company before refinancing my auto loan with them. I regret choosing PenFed and would not recommend them based on this experience.

However those machines are long gone yet I still find myself here from time to time. My visit bought me into the bank and needless to say, after a long tine away nothing has changed. I needed to speak with a human, to do find human banking, which they support and promote and the gentleman who helped me was fantastic! My wait to speak with him was minimal, which is a plus. Once I was able to speak with him he was able to pinpoint the issues and detail the steps needed to help me get the resolution I was looking for. Even though he was limited in scope he was able to let me know where exactly to pick up at on Monday, which I appreciated. The location is always clean so you never feel like you are banking dirty. Open 7 days a week with later hours on select days I see why they call themselves America's most convenient bank. One of the best things scout there ATM's is if you come after hours you have to use your card to get in the door to even access the ATM. No card no entry. That extra level of protection is definitely a super duper plus! Oh yea, if you still want your lollipop from the bank for old times sake, they are always on the sides of the teller counter and they are all green! Well played TD bank, well played!
