They has all of my information and did NOT do anything for me. They pushed all the leg work off onto me. It is now a year later, and nothing has been done, my score is worse now, and I wasted a hundred bucks. Do not use them! You can do all that they offer yourself for FREE!. You are entitled to get your credit score from all 3 agencies for free and dispute them yourself. In my case, someone stole my identity and I found out the hard way that these people can and will do nothing for me even though I sent in an initial payment, which they kept even after accomplishing nothing and I even asked for a refund form the 'owner' several times for non-performance. I have all the emails for proof. Again, do not use them, they're a rip off. Unless it is so easy that you can do it yourself for free, they will not/won't be able to help you.

I spoke to a manager about this, refunding us for the charge my husband didnt agree to paying or legality of them pulling his credit without his permission, they never called me back. (Probably hoping my husband wont sue them.) I would have given them a chance.. my husband didnt trust it & was really pissed they pulled his credit without his permission.
