He has experience in both public and corporate accounting from small regional firms to multi national corporations. In addition, his website has excellent resources and a FAQ page for you to learn more about taxes, notices, and the IRS. Kevin did a fantastic job with our tax filing and has an affordable rate. He explained everything in a very clear and concise manner. Also, he is polite, friendly, and professional. Case in point, he always returns messages and managed to squeeze us in despite his hectic schedule. During our consultation, he listened to our concerns, clarified some misunderstandings and carefully perused our tax documents & filing. With that being said, we walked away very impressed with our overall experience. We HIGHLY recommend South Hills Tax & Accounting, LLC to anyone looking for a tax specialist.

Lackluster recall and customer service, and impossible to contact above all. I filed a viable claim with Erie Insurance for a burst pipe in December 2022, which I am still attempting to reconcile, with no guidance or assistance from this agency. At every turn, Casper has failed to advocate for me, instructing me at one point to defer to Erie's adjuster, all the while knowing almost nothing about me, my policy and associated rights, or my prior attempts at communication. Needless to say, I've recently filed an insurance complaint with the Commonwealth. If you've had good experience with Casper, that's as it should be. I decidedly have not, and am disappointed to hear from others than my experience is not only ordinary, it's commonplace. I will be switching to another agency upon resolution of my claim. If my request is denied, I'll be leaving Erie altogether, and largely on account of the indifference of this agency.

After two years in a row of sub-par experiences with accountants handling my income taxes, I…read morehappened across this firm. They were close to my house and I figured it made sense to check them out. Scheduling was easy and they had evening availability to accommodate me coming in after work. I met with Tony, who handled all of my business in one meeting. He was thorough in his explanations and made sure I understood everything. He covered a lot of information to ensure that I could get the maximum refund. Within a few short weeks, I got a letter stating my taxes were completed and I could come in to pick up the returns. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that their fee is more than I've ever paid to have my income taxes done before, and it's more than I've seen a lot of others pay as well. After the last two years, I was willing to accept the rate in exchange for having this handled quickly, correctly, and conveniently. Maybe it's just the cost of doing business. Admittedly, I don't have that much of a basis for comparison. If it turns out to be in line with other comparable businesses, then it's a five star experience here.
